Bakcell launched a loyalty program called Ulduzum for all its subscribers, offering discounts and other benefits within a wide number of restaurants, fashion, home stores, along with health and recreation centers and other service points.
Our objective was to create a communication that would reflect the true nature of Bakcell brand — a close and loyal friend, who is always on the side of its subscribers. The ultimate goal was to create friendly and memorable commercials that would appeal to most of consumers.
The campaign was record-breaking. 500,000 subscribers after first 6 months and 1,800,000 subscribers after 2 years, which made Ulduzum — the biggest loyalty network not only among telecom operators, but overall in Azerbaijan.
