Axe was conducting a global recruitment campaign into Axe Apollo Space Academy dedicated to the launch of new Axe Apollo scent. The users across many countries were competing for a chance to train at a real space camp in Florida, USA and a chance to be selected for a real trip to space! We created a big hype around it, using localized website as the main platform for recruiting and voting for candidates, supported by SMM team that drove thousands of Facebook users to our Axe Apollo fanpage. Other channels, such as YouTube, non-standard banners and efficient ad placement strategy allowed us to generate 53 million impressions and around 50,000 website visitors. Several stages were held, 4 finalists were decided, and 1 winner was announced that became the representative of Azerbaijan at the Global Space Camp in Florida, USA.
